Stenmagle Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to Harde Alsted Herred in what was then Holbæk Amt , then to Stenlille Kommune in Vestsjællands Amt , which was merged into Sorø Kommune in Sjælland as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

1465 inhabitants live in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church "Stenmagle Kirke" is located in the parish.

Neighboring communities are in the south Kirke Flinterup Sogn and in the southwest Stenlille Sogn , furthermore in the neighboring Holbæk municipality in the north Undløse Sogn and Ugerløse Sogn and in the east Store Tåstrup Sogn .
