Skellebjerg Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) on the island of Sjælland in southern Denmark . Until 1970 it belonged to Harde Løve Herred in what was then Holbæk Amt , then to Dianalund Kommune in Vestsjællands Amt , which became part of Sorø Kommune in the Sjælland region as part of the municipal reform on January 1, 2007 .

452 inhabitants live in the parish, 206 of them in the parish (as of January 1, 2020). The church “Skellebjerg Kirke” is located in the parish.

Neighboring municipalities are in the north Niløse Sogn , in the east Tersløse Sogn and in the west Ruds Vedby Sogn , furthermore in the neighboring Slagelse municipality Nordrupvester Sogn and in the west neighboring Kalundborg municipality in the southwest Ørslev Sogn and in the northwest Reerslev Sogn .
