Stephan Dorschner (* 1964 ) has been Professor of Theory and Practice of Nursing at the Ernst Abbe University of Applied Sciences in Jena since 2001 . He previously worked for three years as a professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Aargau , Switzerland.

After training as a nurse, Stephan Dorschner first studied medical education at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and political science , sociology , educational sciences and economics at the FernUniversität Gesamthochschule Hagen .
