Stephanie Borgert (* 1969 in Dortmund ) is a German engineer - computer scientist , management and organizational consultant, specialist book author and speaker. Her core topics are complexity , artificial intelligence and organizational resilience .

Career

In 2007, Borgert founded the company denkSystem - Society for Holistic Management in Münster and is the initiator of the school of thought for complexity . As an author, Stephanie Borgert has published numerous German-language books on the topics of complexity and red teaming . Your book uncomplicated! stood since its release in the spring of 2018 five times on the bestseller list of manager magazin . 2018 became uncomplicated! also nominated by the Handelsblatt in the category “Best Business Books by Women”. Some of her books have been translated into English, Chinese, and Taiwanese.

Stephanie Borgert is the developer and owner of the model of highly adaptive projects (HAP), for which she was awarded the Coach & Trainer Award "Qualified Product 2014" from the German Association for Coaching and Training (dvct). The HAP model combines the concepts of systems theories , resilience and high reliability organizations in an interdisciplinary approach.
