Steve Pinau (born March 11, 1988 in Le Mans ) is a French football player in the service of Hibernian Edinburgh .
In 2007 Pinau came from the youth of AS Monaco , where he played in the first team since 2003. In the 2007/08 season he played two games in Ligue 1 . In 2008 the Frenchman signed a 5-year contract with the Italian first division club Genoa CFC , but was immediately awarded to the Scottish first division club Hibernian Edinburgh. On August 23, 2008 he made his debut there as a substitute in the league game in the 1-1 draw against Inverness Caledonian Thistle .
