Steve Seymour
Stephen Andrew "Steve" Seymour (born October 4, 1920 in New York City , † June 18, 1973 in Los Angeles ) was an American athlete who was successful as a javelin thrower in the years after World War II . He was able to win the American championship three times:

- Silver with 67.56 m behind the Finn Tapio Rautavaara (gold with 69.77 m) and in front of the Hungarian József Várszegi (bronze with 67.03 m)
At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 he was no longer at the start.
