Steven Pinto-Borges (born March 26, 1986 in Vitry-sur-Seine ) is a French football player .

Career

Pinto-Borges began his career at EA Guingamp , where he was in the first team squad from 2005. In his first season he made eleven appearances in the second division team . In the following two seasons he ran even more often and became a regular player in the 2007/08 season with 27 completed games. Although he was able to celebrate his first title of his career at the end of the 2008/09 season by winning the French Cup , although he was not used in the final, this year meant a big step backwards for him, as he lost his regular place in the team again and essentially ran up for the reserve team. Logically, he left the club in the same year and signed with league competitor Clermont Foot . There he played regularly, but still did not get a regular place. Therefore, he did not extend his contract in 2011 and was without a club until he joined the third division AS Cherbourg in the winter break of 2011/12 . At first he was thrown back there by injuries and therefore only made four missions in his first half year, but was then able to establish himself in the team. In 2013, however, he had to accept relegation and then moved to the USJA Carquefou club, which remained in the third division .
