Haus Stieg 30 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It's located east of the city's market square and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . In the Quedlinburg monument register it is registered as an agricultural citizen's farm. To the east is the house Stieg 29 , which is also listed .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house consists of two building parts that were only joined together afterwards. The eastern part of the building is the older and was built as early as 1580 according to a building inscription. The half-timbering is richly decorated. There are barrel-shaped beam heads , fan rosettes , wooden base angles and ship throats . The western half of the house was built around 1600. Here, cylinder beam heads and taw rods were used as decorations .

A shop was built around 1900.
