Stoborough is a small village within Civil parish Arne on the Isle of Purbeck , a peninsula in the county of Dorset in the south of England .
Stoborough is on the A351 main road from Lytchett Minster to Swanage about 1 kilometer south of Wareham , about 4 kilometers west of Arne, just north of Stoborough Green and 7 kilometers northwest of the village of Corfe Castle and the ruins of Corfe Castle . The village of Stoborough is south of the River Frome .
