The company operates telemarketing , OmniChannel solutions, sales-oriented field service and digital customer service at over 177 locations under its brands Avedo, Ströer Dialog Solutions, Ranger and optimize-it . With 9,100 employees, the Ströer Dialog Group processes around 142 million customer contacts per year.

history

Ströer Dialog Group GmbH was founded in 2017 as the umbrella brand of the Dialog Marketing segment of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA . Since then, Ströer Dialog Group GmbH has replaced the previous company name Avedo GmbH, which was founded in 2004. In 2018, two Germany-wide call center companies were transferred to the Ströer Dialog Group, including D + S communication center management . The history of the two acquired service providers goes back over 40 years.

  • OmniChannel marketing

The Ströer Dialog Group offers individual sales and service outsourcing models along the sales value chain. In the omni commercialization not only individual sales channels are controlled, but a plurality of linked. Thanks to the individual specializations of the brands belonging to the Dialog Group, all touchpoints of direct customer contact can be operated.

  • Sales Services

The sales service of the Ströer Dialog Group is an outsourcing offer to support the acquisition of new customers and to exhaust existing customer relationships. Avedo is a full-service provider for digital customer service founded in 2004 and has been part of the Ströer Dialog Group since 2017. At over 25 locations and with 7,000 employees in Europe, the group takes on customer service for numerous clients from 12 core industries ( telecommunications , insurance, energy, IT, finance , recycling , e-commerce , healthcare , tourism , automotive , electrical industry , sports industry).

  • optimize-it GmbH

The optimize-it GmbH has been part of the Stöer Dialog Group since 2018 and supplements the offer in dialogue marketing with flexible chat solutions in the European market. The Hamburg-based company has been offering live chat and messaging services as well as additional services since it was founded in 2002. The digital communication channels used include messenger, InApp (iOS / Android), text and mobile chat, video chat, automated bot communication, screen sharing and co-browsing. In collaboration with Ströer Media Solutions, optimize-it recently developed a new form of advertising, conversational ad, in which display advertising is combined with a chat function.

  • Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH

Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs GmbH was founded in 1992 and is a full-service provider in the field of sales. Ranger has been part of the Ströer Dialog Group since 2018 and offers individual sales services for companies in the telecommunications, media, financial services and energy sectors. Ranger is represented in seven countries and at over 150 sales locations and generates over a million customer contacts and around 60,000 contracts every month.

  • Ströer Dialog Solutions

Ströer Dialog Solutions is an agency founded in 2019 for digital customer service and in-house digitization consulting for the Ströer Dialog Group. The company emerged from D + S 360º media world GmbH and offers data analysis and visualization, as well as the conception and implementation of prototypes, programming, hosting and quality assurance and the operational operation of the developed solutions.
