Strasburg Preußenfisch ( Dascyllus strasburgi ) is a kind from the family of damselfish (Pomacentridae). The fish are endemic to the South Pacific Marquesas , an archipelago located 1,600 kilometers northeast of Tahiti and politically part of French Polynesia. Strasburg's Prussian fish replaces the widespread, but closely related three-point Prussian fish ( Dascyllus trimaculatus ) that is not found in the Marquesas .

Way of life
