Strellc i Epërm ( Albanian  Strellci i Epërm , Serbian Горњи Стреоц Gornji Streoc ) is a village north of the city of Deçan in western Kosovo . The village at an altitude of 624 meters is located in the center of the municipality of Deçan , which includes 36 other villages in addition to the city.

It is five kilometers to the municipality's capital in the south and ten kilometers to the city of Peja in the north. Strellc i Epërm / Gornji Streoc, which means something like "Upper Strellc / Streoc", is connected to the national road No. 107, which provides the direct road connection between Deçan and Peja.

Strellc i Epërm has 3347 inhabitants according to the 2011 census. Of these, 3,263 describe themselves as Albanians and 75 as Balkan Egyptians . Two are from other races and seven have no answer regarding the race.
