Strynø Kalv is a 45.8 hectare Danish island , uninhabited since the late 1960s, in the " Danish South Seas " south of Tåsinge , immediately west of Strynø . The island belongs to the parish community ( Danish : Sogn ) Strynø Sogn , which belonged to Harde Sunds Herred until the Danish administrative reform in 1970 , then to what was then Rudkøbing Kommune in Fyns Amt , which became part of Langeland Kommune in the with the local reform on January 1, 2007 Region Syddanmark has risen.
