Studies on Ibadism and Oman

Studies on Ibadism and Oman (English; German: Research on Ibadism and Oman ) is an English-language academic book series on the Islamic direction of the Ibadis (and their school of law ) published by the Omani historian Abdulrahman Al Salimi and the Islamic scholar and orientalist Heinz Gaube (born 1940) ) and Oman , where most of the Ibadis live. Various international scholars contributed to the series. It has been published irregularly since 2013 by Olms Verlag (Hildesheim; Zurich; New York). There is an extra luxury edition for some volumes. So far (2017) ten volumes have been published, more are in preparation.
