features
The weapon animal has a size of about 0.15-0.25 mm and a broad, boat-shaped body that is largely rigid due to the cytoskeleton . The two rows of marginal cirrus do not meet and at the rear end there are three elongated tail bristles in the cirrus gap. The peristome is well developed.
