Sue Cogswell
Sue Cogswell (born September 7, 1951 in Birmingham ) is a former English squash player .
Career
Sue Cogswell's greatest achievement was her finals at the 1979 World Cup . In the final of the first women's individual World Cup, she was defeated by Heather McKay 9: 6, 3: 9, 1: 9 and 4: 9. Two years later she reached the quarter-finals again, but was eliminated by Lisa Opie . At the British Open she was in the final three times. In 1974 she was defeated by Heather McKay in three, in 1979 by Barbara Wall in five and in 1980 by Vicki Hoffmann in three. She became British Champion in 1975, 1977, 1978, 1979 and 1980.
