The Sulzkopf ( 1279 m ) is a summit in the Bavarian Prealps .
topography
Together with the Rechelkopf and the Mitterberg to the south, it forms an approx. 2 km long ridge and falls over a ridge called Kehrberg or Kahrberg to the northeast. The northern foot of the mountain is called the Vorberg . The Rechenbach rises west of the ridge between Sulzkopf and Rechelkopf.
The Sulzkopf is a completely forested and rarely visited summit except for the summit area. However, the small free area at the summit offers a good view of the Isar valley. The summit can be used as a simple mountain hike or MTB tour, e.g. B. can be reached from the Schwaiger-Alm via forest paths; the last part is pathless.
