Summer Phoenix
Summer Joy Phoenix (* 10. December 1978 in Winter Park , Florida ) is an American actress .
Career
From the age of six, she played guest roles in television series such as Airwolf and Mord ist Her Hobby . She had her first film role in 1987 in Russkies . Since the late 1990s she has regularly played supporting roles in films. In 2001 the film Inside a Skinhead was released , in which she played a leading role as the friend of a skinhead with a Jewish past. She is a graduate of the Tisch School of the Arts .
Private
Summer Phoenix is the youngest daughter of Arlyn and John Phoenix. She is the sister of Rain , River , Liberty and Joaquin Phoenix. From 2006 to 2017 she was married to the actor Casey Affleck . Phoenix is the mother of two sons.
On March 15, 2016, Affleck's spokesman announced that Summer Phoenix and Casey Affleck would go their separate ways from now on. In August 2017, she filed for divorce in the Superior Court of California for "irreconcilable differences."
