The Sumnerkammen ( Norwegian ) is a mountain ridge up to 2310 m high in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises on the northeastern foothills of the Tottanfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967. It is named after Maurice Reginald Sumner (* 1935) from the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey , meteorologist at Halley Station from 1960 to 1962 and station manager from 1962 to 1964.
