Suzanne King (born May 12, 1964 in New Haven ) is a former American cross-country skier .

Career

King started internationally for the first time at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer , where he finished 51st over 30 km classic. Her best placement at the 1995 Nordic World Ski Championships in Thunder Bay was 44th place over 30 km freestyle. In the 1995/96 season she took part in the Continental Cup . She got five wins and four second places. In the following season she came twice in second and once in third place. Her best result at the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1997 in Trondheim was 39th place over 15 km freestyle. In December 1997 she won her sixth and last victory in the Continental Cup in Canmore over 30 km classic. At the Olympic Winter Games in Nagano she ran on the 48th place over 15 km classic, on the 43rd place over 30 km freestyle and on the 15th place with the relay. At the American Birkebeiner , she finished fourth in 2003. In 1993 she won this run.
