Suzzy Roche

Suzzy Roche (born September 29, 1956 in Park Ridge , New Jersey , USA ) is an American singer-songwriter and writer .

Life

From 1976 Roche formed the vocal group The Roches together with her older sisters Maggie and Terre . In addition to the publications with The Roches , she recorded two solo albums. She works with the Wooster Group , a New York City artist group that deals with theater, dance and media relations, and wrote two books alongside her music career.

With the musician and actor Loudon Wainwright III , she has a daughter, Lucy Wainwright Roche , who also works as a singer-songwriter.
