The Svellnuten ( Norwegian for Eistafelgipfel is) a low mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the Borg massif, it rises on the east side of Jøkulskarvet .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named the mountain after the name of the neighboring glacier slope Breidsvellet , mapped it using geodetic surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952).
