Svetlana Nikolajewna Selesnjowa ( Russian Светлана Николаевна Селезнёва ; born September 9, 1969 in Korosten ) is a Soviet - Russian mathematician , computer scientist and university professor .

Life

Seleznyova graduated from Zhytomyr City Middle School No. 25 in the Mathematics class in 1986 with a gold medal. Then she studied at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGU) in the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics (WMK), concluding in 1991 with honors.

The postgraduate at the WMK-faculty of the MGU when Sergei Vsevolodovich Jablonski and Valeri Borisovich Alexeyev joined Selesnjowa 1997.. In 1998 she became a research assistant at MGU at the chair for mathematical cybernetics of the WMK faculty. In 2000 she successfully defended her dissertation on the properties of polynomials of finite bodies and the algorithmic complexity of property determination in polynomials with multi-valued logic for her doctorate as a candidate for physical- mathematical sciences. In 2003 she became a lecturer and in 2008 a lecturer at the chair for mathematical cybernetics of the WMK faculty at MGU. 2016 she defended successfully her doctoral dissertation on polynomial representations of discrete functions for promotion to Doctor of Physics and Mathematics.
