Erroll Canute Fraser (born July 30, 1950 in New York City , † December 24, 2002 on Ginger Island ) was a speed skater from the British Virgin Islands .
Career
Fraser was the first athlete in Olympic history from the British Virgin Islands to compete in the Winter Olympics. Fraser started speed skating at the 1984 Games in Sarajevo . In the 500 m race, he finished 40th and 42nd place over 1000 m .
