The Swift Fork (alternative names: Swift Fork Kuskokwim River , Chedotlothna River ) is a 150 km long left tributary of the North Fork Kuskokwim River in Alaska (USA).
The Swift Fork is fed by the Chedotlothna Glacier on the northwest flank of the Alaska Range at an altitude of 900 m . The upper reaches of the river are in Denali National Park . The Swift Fork flows in a predominantly north-northwest direction through the Kuskokwim Tanana Plain . The Highpower Creek , the largest tributary, flows into the Swift Fork on the right after about 90 km. This shows a strongly meandering behavior below its confluence . The Red Slough , an arm of the Swift Fork, branches off to the right and rejoins the main river after 45 km. After another 15 km, this meets the much less arid North Fork Kuskokwim River.
