The synagogue in Lipník nad Bečvou (German: Leipnik ), a town in Okres Přerov in the Czech Republic , was built in the mid-16th century. The derelict synagogue has been a protected cultural monument since 1988.

The synagogue has been rebuilt several times over the centuries. Most recently at the end of the 1940s, when the Hussite Church began using the building for their services.
