Tōyō Denki Seizō KK ( Japanese 東洋 電機 製造 株式会社 , Tōyō Denki Seizō kabushiki kaisha ) is a Japanese listed company that specializes in components for equipping rail vehicles. The headquarters are in Chūō , Tokyo .

The system also effectively compensates for voltage drops in contact lines and enables the peak load to be reduced during high-speed driving.
