Eligible are drivers and participants who have a valid international FIA driving license of class A, B, C, D or R and a license from international competitors. Foreign competitors and drivers must, in accordance with Article 3.9.4 of the ISC, be in possession of a written authorization to participate in the competition through the delivery notification or in the form of a simple reference on the license.

Applications for TCR vehicles to be entered into a series competition must be submitted to the series organizer. No TCR registrations submitted through the competition organizer will be accepted. Registrations submitted by email must be confirmed in writing by the registration deadline and contain the information requested on the registration form. After the entry list has been published by the ASS, no changes other than those listed below may be made to an entry. A vehicle change can take place after the registration deadline and until the start of the relevant competition (Art. 2.1.7 ISC), provided that the organizers of the series have given special approval.

Only fuel that complies with the provisions of Article 252.9 of Appendix J of the FIA may be used. The fuel tank must be an FIA safety fuel cell and comply with the applicable TCR regulations (Art. 7.1) or Article 14 of the valid Appendix J FIA. The number of tires and brand can be freely chosen. Vehicles with inadequate safety equipment or that do not comply with the applicable regulations will not be admitted to the competition or excluded from the competition. Every driver must use safety equipment for all training and racing runs: a seat belt, a helmet, a Frontal Head Restraint (FHT) system, and must also wear flame-retardant clothing. On the race weekend, the rule is that the number of training runs is given in writing as a file attachment; two or three races are carried out. If more than two runs are carried out in a competition, only the two best runs will be considered and rated for the overall ranking.
