The TanzSportCentrum Walsrode is a dance sport club in Walsrode . The club was founded on August 14, 2004 by dance students from the Beuss dance school in order to be able to take part in league competitions of the German Dance Sports Association with a Latin formation . Furthermore, the association also offers tournament and ballroom dancing to.
Latin formations
A-team
The Latin formation of TSC Walsrode started in the 2004/2005 season initially in the regional league North Latin. From the 2008/2009 season the team danced in the Oberliga North Latin. The 2010/2011 season ended the team in 2nd place in the league and won the subsequent promotion tournament to the Regionalliga North Latin.
In the 2013/2014 season he was promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga Latin. Since then, the A-Team has been dancing Latin in the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga:
- 2014/2015: 2nd Bundesliga, 2nd place
- 2015/2016: 1st Bundesliga, 7th place
- 2016/2017: 2nd Bundesliga, 1st place
- 2017/2018: 1st Bundesliga, 8th place
- 2018/2019: 2nd Bundesliga, 1st place
- 2019/2020: 1st Bundesliga, 7th place
The coaches of the A-team are Oliver Tienken and Sebastian Schwind.
More Latin information
Since the 2008/2009 season, a B-team has also been competing in league competitions. The team initially competed in the regional league North Latin. Since the 2011/2012 season she has danced in the Oberliga North Latin and since the 2016/2017 season in the Regionalliga North Latin.
The coaches of the B-team are Louisa Thomas and Christian Steffenhagen.
Since the 2014/2015 season, the club has also had a C-Team, which initially competed in the Landesliga Nord, 2016/2017 in the Oberliga Nord and in 2017/2018 again in the Landesliga Nord.
The trainers of the C-Team in 2014/2015 are Marie Kunz, Sophie Dzionsko and Jan-Hendrik Lühmann.
Since the 2016/2017 season there has also been a D-Team in the Landesliga Nord.
The D-Team trainers are Max Rech and Paula Dzionsko.
