1. TSZ Velbert
The 1. TSZ Velbert is a German dance sport club in Velbert . The club was founded in 2016 by the dancers of the Latin formations of the TSZ Velbert after the TSZ Velbert had withdrawn from formation dance.
Latin formation
The Latin formation of the 1. TSZ Velbert initially danced in a formation community with the TTC Rot-Weiss-Silber Bochum in the 1. Bundesliga Latin.
Musical themes and placements of the formation community:
- 2016/17: "Heartbeat", DM 2nd place, 1st Bundesliga 2nd place, World Cup 3rd place
- 2017/18: "One World", DM 2nd place, 1st Bundesliga 2nd place, World Cup 4th place, EM 3rd place
In the summer of 2018, the formation community disbanded. The 1st TSZ Velbert took over the starting place in the 1st Bundesliga Latin.

The formation of the 1st TSZ Velbert was honored as Velbert's Team of the Year in 2018.
