Tagab is a district in the Afghan province of Badachschan with around 22,000 inhabitants.

The district borders in the north on the Badachschan districts Keshem and Tashkan , in the east on the Badachschan district Yamgan , in the south on the Badachschan district Kuran va Munjan and the Afghan province Tachar . It was created in 2005 by splitting off from Feyzabad District .
