Tahar Mansouri

Tahar Mansouri ( Arabic طاهر منصوري; Born January 9, 1965 in Fouchana , Tunisia ) is a retired Tunisian marathon runner .

Mansouri achieved his personal best in January 1996 with 2:12:36 hours in Marrakech, Morocco . At the Olympic Games in the same year he was 26th of the marathon with a time of 2:18:06 hours. Four years later he reached 38th place in Sydney with 2:20:33 hours. In 1992 and 1997 he won over the marathon distance at the Pan-Arab Games . Mansouri also managed a victory in the marathon of the Games of the Francophonie in Paris in 1994 .
