Takahiro Kimura ( Japanese 木村 孝 洋 Kimura Takahiro ; born April 4, 1957 in Hiroshima Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Kimura learned to play soccer on the school team at Hiroshima Minami High School and the university team at Waseda University . He signed his first contract in 1983 with Mazda (today: Sanfrecce Hiroshima). The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . At the end of the 1983 season, the club was relegated to Division 2. In 1985/86 he was runner-up in Division 2 with the club and was promoted to Division 1. In 1987 he reached the final of the Kaiser Cup . For the club, he completed 55 first division games. At the end of 1988 he ended his career as a football player.
