Takayuki Miura ( Japanese 三浦 孝 之 , Miura Takayuki ; born March 25, 1967 in Hachinohe , Aomori Prefecture ) is a former Japanese ice hockey player . His younger brother Hiroyuki Miura was also a professional ice hockey player.
Career
Takayuki Miura spent his entire career as a hockey player with the Seibu Bears Tokyo , for which he was active in the Japan Ice Hockey League from 1985 to 1998 . With the team he won the Japanese championship in 1996 and 1997. In 1998 he ended his career at the age of 31.
International
For Japan , Miura took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano . In addition, he was in his country's squad at the 1990 B World Cup .
