Talcha ( Arabic طلخا, DMG Ṭalḫā ) is a city in Egypt within the governorate ad-Daqahliyya with approx. 103,000 inhabitants. The city lies opposite the city of al-Mansura in the Nile Delta and forms an agglomeration with it .
