Tamara Michailowna Markaschanskaja ( Russian Тамара Михайловна Маркашанская ; born November 20, 1954 in Smolensk , Soviet Union) is a former Soviet cross-country skier .

Career

Markaschanskaja made his debut in February 1983 in the cross-country skiing world cup in Kavgolovo and finished ninth over 20 km. In 1983 she won the Soviet championships with the relay. In the 1983/84 season she won in Reit im Winkl over 5 km and in Falun with the relay in third place and reached ninth place in the overall World Cup at the end of the season. At the season highlight, the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo , she came in 13th place over 20 km. She took her last World Cup point in March 1987 in Kavgolovo with 15th place over 10 km classic.
