The Tambajang Forest Park is a forest area in the West African state of Gambia .
topography
The 752 hectare forest area is located in the Lower River Region in the Jarra Central District and Jarra East District and was set up like the other Forest Parks in Gambia on January 1, 1954. It is located on the southern side of the South Bank Road , Gambia's main highway, around 15 miles east of the nearest larger town Soma . The Berikolon Forest Park is on the other side of the street .
