Tanja - The Naked from Devil's Island is a rare example of a German nudist film produced in 1967 by nature film specialist Hubert Schonger .
action
The young student and naturalist Tanja loves to be one with nature and to move around in it mostly naked. When she tries to drive her car deep into a little touched forest area, she is stopped by a hunter. After she has parked her vehicle, he insists on showing the biology student, who wants to document the animal world with her camera, particularly interesting insights into his little paradise. Since he has to continue training the next day, the forester can't spend too much time on the attractive blonde. Before he leaves, he points out to Tanja a small island in the middle of the mountain lake, the nature of which is still untouched. Tanja thinks it is a joke that this is called "Devil's Island".
She takes a rowboat to the other bank to spend a few days in this wonderful, unspoiled nature. She sleeps in a small tent and increasingly merges with her surroundings. First dressed in a bikini made of plaited grass, everyone soon gets rid of clothing that is considered inappropriate in this environment and now becomes part of nature. Enthusiastic about the flora and fauna of the island, Tanja goes naked on a discovery tour and begins to find herself more and more. When two young women, who are providing Tanja with provisions, join in, they join in their casual way of life.
