Married couple is looking for like-minded people is a German sex and educational film melodrama from 1969 by Franz Josef Gottlieb .

action

The still young Marianne is already living in divorce from her boring, loveless husband, who also seems to have fallen asleep sexually in every respect. Through her friend Sylvia, she makes contact with a partner swap group in which “normal” men and women of their age group and a socially similar environment take part. Marianne, initially a little insecure but quite curious, met the couple Franz and Judith Hellmann there, who showed pleasure in sexually varied games.

Soon Marianne lets herself be carried away by the open and erotic mood. At last she can break free of taboos and her own deadlocks and surrender openly to her hidden desires and desires. One day the young adults, who in their unrestrainedness do not stop at a swimming pool, seem to have taken it too far, because suddenly the police are at the door and arrest the swinger participants for indecent and immoral behavior. A court process ensues in which the parties involved have to explain themselves and the phenomena of group sex and partner swapping are discussed in detail.

Production notes
