Tanja Graf (born May 7, 1975 in Vienna ) has lived in Hallein since 2008 and is an Austrian entrepreneur , politician ( ÖVP ) and member of the National Council. Tanja Graf has been deputy provincial chairman for the Salzburg Economic Association since 2017 and ran for election to the National Council on October 15, 2017 .

education and profession

Tanja Graf attended from 1981 to 1985, the primary school from 1985 to 1989, the secondary school in Vienna. After completing the polytechnic course from 1989 to 1990, she completed her apprenticeship as an office clerk at Manpower Austria GmbH from 1990 to 1993 .

From 1993 to 2005 Tanja Graf worked in various positions for Manpower Austria GmbH. First as an assistant from 1993 to 1996, then as a key account manager from 1996 to 2000, as an auditor from 2000 to 2001 and finally as a site manager for Western Austria from 2001 to 2005.

In 1998 she was also an external project manager for the Federal Chancellery and the Federal Ministry for Foreign Affairs during the Austrian EU Presidency .

In 2005 Tanja Graf then switched to Dr. Rantasa GmbH, where she was the branch manager for Salzburg and Vienna until 2008.

In 2008 Tanja Graf founded her own company, 25 PersonaldienstleistungsgmbH, based in Salzburg. With a team of experts, 25 looks after almost 1,200 employees at seven locations in Austria and, with an annual turnover of around 34 million euros in 2016, is one of the leading personnel service companies in Austria.

Tanja Graf completed the advanced training “Supervisory Board Competence Compact” in 2016 as well as various advanced training courses with a focus on labor and contract law at the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce and in the field of leadership competence at the SMBS - University of Salzburg.

In addition, Tanja Graf has also been a competent lay judge for the employers' group since 2017, the professional group 1 at the Salzburg Regional Court (posted from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021).

In autumn 2018 she was elected to the Supervisory Board of Salzburg AG as a representative of the co-owner of the State of Salzburg .

Political career

Tanja Graf has been the branch spokesperson for the temporary employment agency for the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce since 2010. From 2014 to May 31, 2018, Tanja Graf was District Chairman of the City of Salzburg for the Salzburg Economic Association.

Furthermore Tanja Graf since 2015 member of the division meeting for the segment commercial and craft of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce , delegates to the economic parliament of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, Division Chairman Vice-Minister of the commercial service of the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, board member Women in Business Chamber of Commerce Salzburg, delegates to the Economic Parliament of Commerce Austria, committee member of the professional association of commercial service providers of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and branch representative for trade and craft of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. From 2015 to June 30, 2018 Tanja Graf was editor of the professional association of commercial service providers for 20 professional groups of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

From 2013 to 2016 Tanja Graf was also a member of the control committee of the Social and Further Education Fund in Vienna (appointment decree until December 31, 2016 by the Federal Ministry for Labor, Social and Consumer Protection) of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, Tanja Graf has been an SVA member of the control meeting of the main association of Austrian social insurance institutions since 2016.

Tanja Graf was also a substitute member for the 4th term of office in the association board of the main association of Austrian social insurance institutions for 2017. Since 2017 she has also been deputy provincial chairman in the Salzburg Economic Association and was chairwoman of the control committee (employer representation) of the SWF - social and further training fund based in Vienna until May 11, 2018.

Tanja Graf has been President of Union Salzburg Athletics (USLA) since August 2017.

On October 15, 2017 Tanja Graf ran for the National Council election in eighth place on the federal list and in second place on the state list on the Sebastian Kurz list - the new People's Party and has represented it in the Austrian National Council since November 2017.

Tanja Graf has been the ÖVP's area spokesperson for sport since June 2018.
