Tanja Joachim (born October 29, 1992 in Schwerin ) is a German volleyball player .

Joachim attended the sports high school in her hometown and played until 2011 at 1. VC Parchim , which cooperates closely with Bundesliga club Schweriner SC . She won the junior championship and reached other top places in the juniors. In addition, she was fourth in the European Championship with the national junior team. In the summer of 2011, the Schweriner SC signed the setter together with her classmates Joana Gallas and Wiebke Offer for the first team. In 2012 and 2013 Joachim became German champions with Schwerin .

In 2014 Joachim and her teammates Madleen Piest and Lisa Stein moved to the second division club 1. VC Stralsund . After just one season, she returned to Schweriner SC. There she was the third player behind Denise Hanke and Michaela Wessely to receive hardly any stakes and returned to Stralsund after only one season. In the 2017/18 season Joachim plays in the 3rd volleyball league for 1st VC Parchim .
