Tapio Pukki (born August 26, 1983 ) is a Finnish biathlete .

Tapio Pukki first appeared at the Junior European Championships in 2002 in Kontiolahti at a major international event and was 25th in the individual. A year later he achieved the same placement at the Junior World Championships in Kościelisko . The best result at the Summer Biathlon World Championships in Muonio was fifth place with the Finnish relay, the best individual result was 19th place in the pursuit. In Altenberg , Pukki made his debut in the Biathlon European Cup in 2006 and was 45th in the sprint. About a year later, the debut in the biathlon world cup followed in Ruhpolding . In his first race, a sprint, the Finn was 100th, in the later relay race 20th with the relay of his association. At the Universiade 2007 in Cesana San Sicario , a ninth place in the mass start was the Finn's best result. The 2008 Biathlon World Championships in Östersund were the highlight of his career . Here Pukki competed in two races. He was 14th in the relay and 87th in the sprint race.
