The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) in the hamlet of Courtioux in the French commune of La Saulsotte in the Aube department in the Grand Est region was built in the 15th century. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as Monument historique since 1990 .

The round tower made of quarry stone is the only remnant of a fortified castle complex. It is not known when this tower was converted into a pigeon house. Today the pigeon tower belongs to a farm called Maison Brûlée (burned house).
