The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château de Beaulon in Saint-Dizant-du-Gua , a French commune in the Charente-Maritime department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was built in 1740. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as part of the castle as a Monument historique since 1987 .

The round pigeon tower made of stone has 1500 pigeon nests inside.
