Pigeon tower of the Château du Bois-Bide

The pigeon tower (French colombier or pigeonnier ) of the Château du Bois-Bide in Pocé-les-Bois , a French commune in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the Brittany region , was built in the 17th century. The pigeon tower has been on the list of architectural monuments in France as part of the castle as Monument historique since 2007 .

The round tower made of plastered quarry stone is closed off by a slate roof with an octagonal lantern .
