The Akud team at the 2005 German championship

The Akud Arnolds Sicherheit team was a German Continental team .

The sponsor also had its own U23 youth team. Jochen Hahn was the sporting director of the Winfix successor team . The material supplier was Roseversand with its own brand Red Bull .

The team became known when Gerald Ciolek surprisingly won the 2005 German road championship . Linus Gerdemann , who switched to Team CSC in May 2005 , also comes from this team.

For the 2006 season, the Akud Arnolds Sicherheit team merged with the Wiesenhof team and drove the 2006 season under the name Team Wiesenhof-Akud . After the professional division of the team was separated, the main focus of the team in 2007 was again mainly on the U23 Bundesliga of the BDR.
