The Teckbote is a daily newspaper published in the large Swabian district town of Kirchheim unter Teck .

history

The newspaper was founded in 1832. First it appeared as a weekly advertising paper under the title Wochenblatt for the Oberamtsiertel Kirchheim unter Teck . From 1869 the newspaper appeared as a daily newspaper and shifted its focus, from then on the political and cultural life in the Swabian Oberamt Kirchheim unter Teck were in focus. After the Second World War and the banning of the newspaper, it could only appear again in 1949 under the name Teck-Rundschau .

Since 1968, the shell part of the Teckbote containing national reports has been obtained from the Südwest Presse in Ulm.
