TekNap

TekNap is a Napster compatible file sharing program for exchanging files and chatting in connection with an OpenNap or SlavaNap server. The client named in the original BWap enables a server admin to administer OpenNap server and to a certain extent also SlavaNap server with the help of a built-in script language or to react to user activities , for example to provide simple games in the chat or otherwise respond to user input.

TekNap is based on the IRC client BitchX, which originally came from the Unix / Linux world, and is executed in the command line of * nix operating systems or Windows in a Cygwin environment.

The Napster protocol is used for the connection as with OpenNap and SlavaNap. With TekNap you can also connect to IRC servers .
