Teksmona is an island in Meløy municipality in the Norwegian province of Nordland . The island is 2.8 km northwest of Ørnes and only 400 meters from the mainland. Teksmona has an area of 5.2 km². The highest point on the island is the Nattmålstuva elevation at 227 meters above sea level. M.
The Teksmona nature reserve forms part of the island. Teksmona is one of the few islands off the coast of Nordland with pine forests .
