Telésforo Ramos
Telésforo Ramos Huancas (born January 5, 1955 in the Huancabamba province , † October 12, 2010 in Moyobamba , San Martín region ) was a Peruvian politician .
He studied from March 1974 to September 1982 in Lambayeque at the agricultural science faculty of the Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo . He completed his studies with the title of engineer . From April 1983 to December 1986 he was employed in the Ministry of Agriculture. From July 1988 to December 2006 he worked in the regional government of San Martín.
Ramos belonged to the Acción Regional party and was elected mayor of Moyobamba in 2006. He died of cancer at the age of 55 and was buried in the Cementerio Central in Moyobamba.
